The industry salutes it's own stars at the Annual “ Excellence in Home Design Awards ” each year . It is sponsored by Building Systems and the Building Systems Councils of the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) .

We have been consistently honored in the Award-Winning Design category for a modular home having won repeatedly in years 2007, 2006, 2005, and 2004.

Judge's comments range from “Practical floor plan,” to “Wonderfully Appointed,” and include “Great Use of Space.” We have successfully competed in both single family and multi family lines.

In the marketing arena, we recently capture d the 2007 marketing award for our presentation of “Enjoy The Choices ” catalog, presented by Building Systems Councils of the NAHB.
