How much does a house cost and can you send me a price list?

We sell our homes to a network of independent builders in your marketing area. Although the house may be up to 80% complete when it arrives at your lot, the builder has additional responsibilities which include but are not limited to foundation preparation, setting and craning on to the foundation, water, electric, sewer hookups, and finish work. The amount of work your builder performs will determine your final contract price. We do not distribute price lists to a builder's customer.
