The building is a four-story structure that will consist of thirty-two apartments. Each apartment is a three or four bedroom unit equipped with maple cabinets and vanities with granite countertops. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and privacy locks so that roommates can enjoy the privacy of their own room and the fun that comes with having four friends in the same living unit. Each apartment has separate living and dining rooms so that the roommates aren’t on top of each other either.

This project, a year and a half in the making, has been a great exercise in team building and cooperation. Our thanks go out to our production team here at Signature who has worked very hard on making sure our product far surpassed the developer’s expectations. We also want to thank the developers, Normandy Holdings, LLC, and the sub-contractors they’ve brought into the project for their cooperation and input.
