On Saturday March 6 Signature Building Systems hosted its first Open House of 2010. With a terrific turnout of both builders and retail customers, members of our Sales Department and Executive Team lead groups of visitors on educational tours of our manufacturing facility where they were able to experience modular construction first-hand. After their tour, our guests were encouraged to speak with members of the Signature Staff to obtain answers to their questions about interior options, on-site finishing, and modular construction practices.  Also present was Kathy Belson from American Home Bank who was standing by to answer questions about financing. The Open House was designed to lead each guest step by step down the path of building a modular home with the opportunity to ask questions along the way so that they could reach an educated and informed decision. According to the feedback we received, this was and great event to attend and learn everything necessary to make a well-informed decision about Signature Building Systems. Karl Snyder, Account Executive, speaks with his tour group on the production line at Signature Building Systems.
