At Signature, we pride ourselves on our engineering and production capabilities. Our state-of-the-art facility allows us tremendous flexibility when it comes to creating custom designs once thought impossible in the modular industry. The layout of our factory allows us to pre-fit every home before it leaves the manufacturing facility. This enables us to assure our customer that when their home arrives on site it will go together exactly as it was designed.
Our most recent project to showcase our design flexibility is a home in Teaneck, NJ that we manufactured for A&A Property Maintenance Services. This is a 3600 +/- sq. ft. 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath 2-story home featuring a hip roof w/ 2 dormers. The original house on the lot was torn down and new the modular was set on foundation with in a 1-month period. Due to the pre-fit roof panels and dormers, the house was set in 1 day. Because of our ability to “proof” the home in our factory, even with the complex roof system, all of the modules and dormers fit together perfectly and set day was flawless. The set crew finished roof shingles and bolting on the 2nd day and the builder was able to start finish work within 2 days of the house arriving on site. Stay tuned for future completion pictures!
