Signature’s Materials

We use nothing but the highest quality products in creating your custom home. That means including top brands like Whirlpool, Andersen, Kohler Sterling, CertainTeed, and more. The process starts with our lumber, which is checked for proper moisture levels upon delivery and is always re-inspected prior to use. It continues with the use of top brand building components, insuring the stability and longevity of your home. Signature’s Modular Design

We’re known for our custom work. To create your unique home, Signature works closely with your builder, employing computer aided design (CAD) technology. This innovative equipment customizes your house floor plans, produced drawings, and creates material requirement lists. Of course, you may select one of our many standard home plans to meet your lifestyle needs.

Building Process

Once your plans are finalized and the construction specifications are outlined, your builder will place the order for your home. Your house is scheduled for production. Our Moosic, PA plant features one of the newest, technologically advanced facilities in the modular industry. From precision framing tables, modern cutting equipment and the ability to pre-fit sections, roof panels and components on every home, our craftsmen have the equipment they need to construct one of the finest built homes in the industry.

Green Home Building

Signature Building Systems understands the need for Energy Star saving design. We have and will continue to develop the Energy Star program as well as other energy saving building techniques such as the NAHB green program. Both programs are available by working through your builder.
